Detox Your Mind & Body Workshop May 7th, 12-3pm, Cherry Hill, NJ
Spring is in the air and after a period of hibernation that is often marked by overindulgence of food, we want to help you emerge from the winter blues and detox your mind and body.
As the days become longer, you have more time throughout the day to connect with your mind and body and restore healthier practices that may have become less of a priority. With proper guidance from a professional health coach and seasoned yoga and meditation instructor, reintroducing healthier practices can be life-changing.
In this workshop, you will learn simple, yet effective techniques such as yoga breathing (Pranayama), yoga poses, and how to make plant-based, delicious buddha bowls that detox your mind and body without strict dieting or intense deprivation. Detoxing does not have to be complicated. Learn how to make it simple, effective, and delicious so that it becomes a new way of healthy living.
